Reunion island, Winter 2013.
“For hours, I walk on the swollen belly of the volcano, the surface of a petrified ocean, where the depths of the earth stilled so long ago.
At my feet, the thick fog veils the contours of the world. I gaze at the light of this branch of life that gently gains ground and stretches towards the sky.”
These photographs are a simple tribute to the poetry of things that usually go unnoticed.
